Participants from all over the UK came together to raise over £640 for Lucy Air Ambulance for Children (Lucy AAC) by taking part in The 60 Minute Dash, a socially distanced treasure hunt.
17 teams signed up to take on The 60 Minute Dash, a socially distanced treasure hunt, on Sunday 25th April for Lucy AAC. Each team was challenged to find and take a selfie with a list of 50 items which they had to find in their local area within 60 minutes.
Through generous donations, participants raised £640.42 for Lucy AAC.
The winning teams were:
Quad Squad – winning team of 4
Tigger – winning team of 3
Dashing Detectives – winning team of 2
Congratulations to the winning teams and thank you to everyone who took part. Your support will help us fund another seriously ill child’s flight to hospital.
We would like to say a special thank you to Vanessa from Secret London Runs for helping us turn this event into an amazing fundraiser and for generously donating her fees!
Vanessa Cain-Tait, the founder of The 60 Minute Dash, kindly donated all her usual fees to Lucy Air Ambulance for Children. She says:
“Congratulations to everyone who took part and helped raise funds for this amazing charity giving life-saving transport to children. We were delighted to work for free for this event so that all the entry fees could go directly to the charity.
Good luck to Lucy AAC with your upcoming fundraising projects. We’ve loved working with you!”
