On Saturday 11th September, over 170 people attended our Family Fun Day at Horsforth Golf Club and raised over £4,700 for Lucy Air Ambulance for Children (Lucy AAC).
Families enjoyed fun activities including fete stalls, face painting, glitter tattoos, a bouncy castle, football fun, local craft stalls and interactive performances from Moo Music Leeds. BBQ food and wood-fired pizza (provided by Horsforth Golf Club) fuelled hungry tummies and Sugar Blonde Bakes provided sweet treats to finish!
Through sponsorship, activities, admissions and refreshments, the Family Fun Day raised £4,795.22 for Lucy AAC.
Horsforth Golf Club generously gave Lucy AAC use of their grounds for free and Nuffield Health and CBRE both contributed to the event costs, so all money raised on the day will go directly towards helping fund life-changing flights for children.
This special day wouldn’t have been a success without our incredible sponsors, volunteers and supporters. We would like to say a special thank you to…
