About
Tough Mudder is a series of obstacle and mud runs that are built to push your mental and physical limits. Every Tough Mudder event is built on the foundation of teamwork and features world class obstacles. Get your friends, family or colleagues together to take on an obstacle-crammed, muddy route in aid of Lucy Air Ambulance for Children.

Already have a Tough Mudder place?
If you have your booked your own place through the Tough Mudder official website and would like to raise funds for Lucy Air Ambulance for Children, please email challenges@lucyaac.org.uk. There’s no minimum fundraising pledge, just raise as much as you can! Don’t forget to use our fundraising pack stuffed full of useful materials to help maximise your fundraising.
