On Sunday 2nd December seven Houlihan Lokey employees took part in the London Santa Run raising £3,450 for Lucy Air Ambulance for Children (Lucy AAC).
With the run celebrating its 10th anniversary, Victoria Park was transformed into a festive course where participants completed either a 5km or 10km circuit. A sea of red was created around the stage area as participants danced and warmed up, proudly sporting their Santa suit. The crowd then headed to the start line and set off on the course.
Our runners stuck together as they completed the course – with some breaking off to take on another loop of the circuit.
After the race, our seven runners and the Lucy AAC team headed to a local pub to celebrate the team’s achievements. The landlord of the Camel Pub in Bethnal Green kindly hosted our team and donated £50 to Lucy AAC. We were proud to announce that in just one year Houlihan Lokey had become our biggest funder raising over £21,000 since last Christmas.
We cannot thank Houlihan Lokey enough for their continued support of our small charity!
